experience of doing jobs for which you have no skill or aptitude,
ideally in a Unix environment. Skills to include bullshit, ideally
to politician level, and waffle in a technical capacity. Arse-covering
skills will be an advantage. CBE (Certified Bullshit Engineer) qualification
